The iSheriff Archiving Security Service is a cloud-based, automated email archiving, retention and message location solution. It enables you to automatically store all of your important incoming and outgoing messages and retain them for future retrieval or as a back-up in case the need for disaster recovery arises.

The archiving service enables you to satisfy any compliance obligations you may have to ensure message retention and acts as a useful, centralized back-up of your crucial email. You can access your email archive anytime from any location with a secure Web console. This enables you to easily search for, retrieve and restore messages whenever you need.

Features & Benefits

Backup and Disaster Recovery – the service automatically stores copies of your incoming and outgoing messages (minus spam of course) and holds them for a defined retention period. In the event that your normal email system becomes unavailable or corrupted, the archiving service enables you to simply restore your messages and recover quickly.
Compliance – if your organization is legally required to retain messages for a defined period (such as financial or legal services) the iSheriff Archiving Security Service can enable you to meet these requirements. We can archive your messages for you for agreed retention periods and even automatically delete expired messages if you desire.
Central Search – iSheriff Archiving enables you to centralize your critical email and provides an easy way to search for and locate important messages.
Restore – If a user accidentally deletes an important message, iSheriff enables you to access your archive at anytime and selectively restore that message or a subset of messages.
Archive Reporting – The iSheriff Archiving service enables you to report on your archived messages via a Web-based interface. Whenever you want, you can log in and see how many messages are archived, over what period and what size the archive has reached.
