Glenn Tetley, Non-Executive Chairman
Glenn graduated with a BEc from Sydney University before working in investment research and then investment management. He has been involved directly in the small cap sector as a manager and investor for the past 20 years particularly in emerging technology stocks.
Glenn brings a wealth of additional corporate governance and capital raising expertise to the Internet Sheriff Board. He has also been particularly active in capital raising for small public software companies over the past 5 years.
David Ramsay, Executive Director
David has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, commencing in 1985 with Unisys (Burroughs).
David was responsible for setting up the Unisys Network Enable Communications group in Australia in 1992 and grew the business from zero to over $20m within 3 years. In 1995 David left to take the position of Country Manager for US Networking start-up, Xylan Corp. David was responsible for all areas of the business from sales & marketing, technical support and channel development, through to financial responsibility for the Australia / New Zealand region. He grew the business to US$10m within 3 years. In 1999 Xylan was acquired by Alcatel France for over US$2b. David then took on the role of Telco Marketing Director for the Asia/Pacific region and was the "face' of the company, becoming heavily involved in delivering seminars and associated public speaking engagements.
In 2000 he left to form his own start-up in the broadband market, and took the company from conception to a public listing on the ASX.
Core duties range from a corporate restructure, financial responsibility, sales & marketing, business planning and execution, through to global expansion and he has now positioned the company for significant growth in the coming months and years.
Des Boucher, Board Member & Company Secretary
Des is a Chartered Accountant with 35 years experience. His employment has included major accounting firms, company secretary for both listed and unlisted public companies and, operating in public practice in his own right.
His areas of experience include taxation and accountancy services, audit, business management, project evaluation, capital raising, government incentives, budgeting and statutory reporting requirements for both stock exchanges and securities commissions in Australia and Canada and reporting to and liaising with shareholders.
He has successfully raised funds, obtained government incentives, and implemented various reporting, budgeting and financial control systems for a range of companies.
